I am a freelance communication trainer, coach and yoga teacher. I support individuals and groups to find inner congruency and effective communication strategies. In my workshops I always seek a balance between goal and process orientation and serve the whole group. I have lived and worked in six countries and come from an undogmatic and holistic stance. I have worked with people from a wide range of industries and backgrounds. Besides other techniques that enhance deep conversation, listening skills and psychological safety (number 1 success factor in teams, see "Aristotle Project", Google) I use prosocial as a means to transform individual into collective objectives - making the group and each step along the way meaningful for each and everyone. I see conflict as a natural phenomena between humans in groups/work processes and assist people in their natural capacity to find creative solutions based on individual interests and needs rather than firm positions.
