The B-Corp movement, which envisions "business as a force for good", started in 2006 and currently numbers over 8000 companies worldwide. While the movement is widely known, it is also dumbfounding from the dominant business ethos based on neoclassical economics. On the other hand, it makes perfect sense when viewed through the lens of a new paradigm for economics and business based on a combination of complex systems science and evolutionary science. Join my guests Chris Marquis and Phil White as we discuss the implications of the paradigm shift for understanding and promoting the growth of the B-Corp movement.
