I have a background in psychological counselling, gaining a first degree and a Ph.D. in the subject. Since then, I have held a number of research and teaching posts at universities throughout Europe. At present I am an Honorary Professor at the University of Bamberg in Germany, where I teach a few psychology classes and continue to pursue my academic research. In addition, I am a fully trained mental health counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in the UK. Besides, working with business leaders, from entrepreneurs and founders, to executives and managing directors, I provide psychological consultancy to help them thrive and succeed in both their professional and personal lives. I also provide consulting and training for business teams in order to help them work collaboratively and build a productive workplace culture, leading to business success for their companies. I am currently based in London but travel often for work across the UK, Europe and the wider world. Although my professional life is very busy, I still make time for the things I love in my personal life. I like to take part in yoga daily, enjoy spending time in London’s parks, exploring the city’s arts and culture, and spending time writing my blog.
