With a rich career rooted in politics, education, and social innovation, I have dedicated my life to driving positive change within my community. My academic journey began with studies in Political Science and Administration, laying a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of systems and structures.
Over the past two decades, I have significantly contributed to numerous organizations, including a 12-year tenure as a city councilor. During this time, I built strong community ties and gained deep insights into the issues it faces.
My desire to make a difference extends beyond politics. Ten years ago, along with a dedicated group of friends, I established a foundation dedicated to improving children's lives. Concurrently, I've been leading a development organization for nearly 24 years, a position enabling me to create and manage numerous social projects that have tangible impact on our community.
I am a staunch advocate for innovation and effectual entrepreneurship, integrating design thinking into all my projects—a strategy that has led to innovative and effective solutions. I've shared this knowledge by teaching strategic leadership to MBA students for a decade, equipping them with necessary skills to successfully lead in today's world.
Today, I offer my services as a management coach and facilitator, helping teams improve their performance and collaboratively find innovative solutions to complex problems. My goal is to guide others through the storm of uncertainty and change, while creating meaningful social impact.
