Paul is a registered psychologist who works with organisations across the world delivering leadership development, executive coaching, cultural change and professional development programs. With over twenty years’ experience Paul is highly regarded in the field of leadership development, executive coaching, resilience and change management. He works with leaders and their teams equipping them with the resilience skills and knowledge to manage change, improve performance, be agile, innovative and grow as leaders. Paul has been engaged in executive coaching and facilitated several leaderships, team development and cultural change programs for a variety of organisations, both in the federal state government sector and the private sector. Working as an executive coach with C Suite leaders within global corporations, Australian companies, franchise networks and not for profit organisations. Paul’s uses his background in neuroscience, positive psychology and organisational psychology to design and deliver highly effective team workshops and executive coaching programs for clients. He applies the 70-20-10 model to the programs and coach’s senior management and their teams to become champions of the organisational strategy; to recognise their team strengths, and to engage strongly with their stakeholders, customer or community network. Critical thinking skills, collaboration, resilience, self-awareness, self-determination, and a growth mindset are key themes of all his development programs and executive coaching. Paul incorporates science, the latest research, and evidence-based content into all his programs. Paul is accredited in a variety of assessment tools: The Hogan profile and 360; HBDI; the Watson Glasser Critical Thinking Assessment; the 4mat system, Myer Briggs personality profile; and the Belbin Team Profile. Paul is a Senior Associate for the Melbourne Business School, Melbourne University in Australia, where he designs and delivers leadership program for global & Australian companies. Paul is also a Senior Associate with the Positivity Institute and an active Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
