A facilitator, UKCP trainee therapist and systems change practitioner working for a more alive world. I work at the interface of personal, cultural and systemic change believing it's in the messy, human and complex inbetween spaces where transformation lies. I work one to one, with groups, organisations and systems - from our deepest personal challenges and suffering to group and interpersonal dynamics and our greatest collective challenges such as climate and nature breakdown.
