In 1978 I obtained my Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology at the Catholic University of Leuven.I started working in an advertising agency in Brussels (3 years)  After I had several responsibilities (brand manager, market intelligence manager, hiring, training and coaching people for the marketing department) at Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts Belgium (16 years). In 1999 I started my own business (market intelligence, brand development and strategy). I’ve worked for several national and international clients in a variety of sectors (19 years). In 2018 I could retire but I decided to stay professionally active and I re-oriented my career towards professional coaching.I specialized in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training),  an evidence based methodology and practice for improving performance and wellbeing in the workplace.     I’ve also obtained the title of "Prosocial Facilitator" at the Prosocial Institute. Prosocial is the first change method based on evolutionary science to enhance cooperation and collaboration for groups of all types and sizes that’s effective at a global scale.
