Joe Lamoureux is a recent graduate of Boston College where he studied economics and minored in management and leadership. While a student there, he helped coordinate the Advice to an Aspiring Economist series with David Sloan Wilson and he took those lessons to heart, eventually writing an economics honors thesis titled Evolution at Work? Coworker Altruism and Productivity, which used theory and survey data to examine the impact of having helpful coworkers on individual and team productivity. Joe is now a Strategy Analyst in Human Capital at Deloitte Consulting where he continues to improve the way people work together.
