Gretchen Kelly

Gretchen Kelly has served as the Executive Director of PLEA since 2018, an organization that serves children, adults and families dealing with developmental and behavioral health challenges. Prior to this role, Gretchen directed the community and family support programming for PLEA for over 23 years. Gretchen has worked with the clinical team of PLEA to implement both ACT and Prosocial ideals and principles that has led to a cultural shift in the organization with highly positive outcomes.
