For the past 20 years, I have been accompanying people of all ages to enable them to free their potential, to give shape to their dreams and to live their lives with spontaneity.
I've studied art, psychology and anthropology and started running workshops in 2002. In 2005, I became a trainer. In 2008, I trained as a psychotherapist and facilitator in the person-centred approach. In 2011, I had the chance to meet Natalie Rogers, who supported me in the creation of a pioneer project, La Croisée des Chemins, experience that taught me a lot about the dynamics of collective action.
I am passionate about the adventure of life on Earth. I love travelling, meeting new people and discovering their talents and their works. I like to experiment, learn and share. I like cooking, spending time with my friends, playing, laughing, taking on new challenges, reading, dancing and chatting with children :-)
Over the course, I have taken on many challenges: I have learned to trust my experience, to create a tailor-made life for myself and to take advantage of every opportunity to have fun and grow.
I believe that we are capable of living in peace on Earth and in harmony with our environment. I have an unshakeable faith in human potential and in our ability to find creative solutions to the challenges of the contemporary world. I believe that we have all the necessary tools at our disposal today. Among these, I found Prosocial to be extremely effective.
I love to see the people around me grow and celebrate their achievements.
I am not afraid of conflict or complex issues.
I am fortunate to be connected to people who support me unconditionally in the pursuit of my dreams. Thomas Marshall has been my partner since 2013; we have experienced an amazing amount of initiations together since we met. I am also the parent of 3 beautiful children born in 1996, 2002 and 2009, who accompany me in my development with infinite love and patience.
I hope that reading this introduction will make you want to work with me!
I took the Prosocial course in spring 2021. Since then, I've used the Prosocial approach with every organization I've worked with and I love it! I'm a fan of Elinor Ostrom's work and so honored to be able to share her wisdom around!
