Deborah Franke, MSOD, is an Austin Texas-based communications professional who specializes in meeting facilitation and communication strategies. She is passionate about providing facilitated interventions to organizations when the leaders are ready to approach their most challenging issues, hold inclusive conversations, and create the necessary frameworks that build trust, collaboration, and ultimately success.She is a life-long learner and has earned a Masters in Organizational Development with a Graduate Certification in Conflict Resolution from Abilene Christian University; executive program training from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management; and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. In a twenty-one-year corporate career, she gained valuable insights in a variety of traditional and web-based marketing, sales, and communications program management roles in three international organizations: Dun and Bradstreet, Robert Half International, and Emerson Process Management. In 2010, she retired and started her own consulting practice.Deborah volunteers on the Board of Directors at eremos, a Center of Contemplative Life and as leader of the Pondering the News program (a spiritual way to reframe daily news).
