Christopher Lynn is a biocultural medical anthropologist who studies cultural impacts on health and human cognitive evolution. He received his Ph.D. from the University at Albany (SUNY) and is currently an associate professor of anthropology at the University of Alabama. He co-edited Evolution Education in the American South: Culture, Politics, and Resources in and around Alabama and is working on a book about dissociation and consciousness.
