My heart beats for the development of an outstanding corporate culture. I support managers and team--development in knowing their values, choosing their attitude, changing their behavior and thus achieving their goals. My motivation is how people can develop and access their potential and how to achieve lasting personal behavioral changes in order to make good decisions or achieve better performance.As a trainer for motivation and behavioral change, authenticity, practical applicability and fun in achieving goals are my main focus.
