Ahmed is an associate professor in the Religion department at Concordia College. He holds a PhD in “Religion & Society” from Drew University in Madison, NJ, and has taught courses on monotheisms, violence & nonviolence, and political economy. Ahmed is passionate about life-long learning, values-based action, nonviolent communication, and meaningful collaboration for the greater good. He lives in Moorhead, MN, with his wife and son, along with their five wonderful cats.
